Last year, during our 2-month interrail for the Balkans, we were very surprised with a (almost) unknown region of Croatia: Istria. And we liked it so much that this year we returned with Lety's parents to spend a couple of weeks in the summer. Although the best known of this region of northern Croatia is its coast and its natural beaches, it is also true that not only from its coastlines does the region live: there are options for lovers of nature, authentic villages and of course, of The good gastronomy.
