20 THINGS TO DO IN NEW YORK FOR FREE

Are you going to travel to New York and are you upset because you think it is a very expensive destination? Relax, if you know how to move it is not so much. What's more, there are many things to see and do for free in New York and in this post we will show you.

If you have got a good flight offer and found an Airbnb or a good, nice and not too expensive hotel, that's it: the rest is a piece of cake. Many of the activities in New York cost nothing. You do not believe it? Here we tell you 20 things to do in New York for free.

1. Central park, the great lung of Manhattan and its particular oasis of peace, is an absolutely beautiful park, full of things to see and free in an entire morning! Here we tell you everything you can visit in Central Park.

2. Do you want to see the Statue of Liberty? Well, go up to ferry going to Staten Island and you will have the opportunity to see it up close. The ferry is completely free, you can check their schedules here.

3. Attend a Gospel mass. It is free, although be careful because there are companies that sell tickets, ahem. We recommend you get up early: tourists usually go to the 10 o'clock mass, the 8 o'clock mass is very authentic. We always say it: wandering around is the best way to know a destination, only by kicking a city thoroughly you will be able to know its most secret details and corners and, obviously, New York is no exception. 5. Cross the Brooklyn bridge, one of the icons of the city (we doubt that there is a movie set in New York that does not teach, at least once, this amazing place).
