If you don't have a car, taking a bus is undoubtedly the cheapest way to get to Lake Bled from Ljubljana. Just go to the bus station in Ljubljana and every hour you will have a bus that will leave you at 1.19h in the town of Bled, a short distance from the famous lake. The first one leaves at 06:00 and the last one returns from Bled at 21:30

It is not necessary to book the ticket, although if you are a forecaster you can buy them in advance here.

The price of the one-way ticket is € 7.80, but if you buy round trip you will pay € 12.84.
